Whitelist our email address
To make sure our emails always land in your inbox โ not spam or promotions โ add us to your contacts. Choose your email provider below for step-by-step instructions.
Find a recent email from us
Check your inbox, Promotions tab, or Spam folder. Search for [email protected] if you don't see it right away.
Click the three-dot menu
Open the email, then click the โฎ three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the message.
Select "Add to Contacts"
Click "Add [sender name] to Contacts." Alternatively, click the sender's name at the top of the email and choose "Add to contacts" in the pop-up.
Move from Spam if needed
If the email landed in Spam, open it and click "Not spam" at the top to send it back to your inbox.
Find a recent email from us
Check your inbox or Junk Email folder. Search for [email protected] if needed.
Click the sender's name
Open the email and click on the sender's name or email address shown at the top of the message.
Add to Outlook Contacts
In the pop-up card that appears, click "Add to Outlook Contacts" and save.
Mark as Not Junk if needed
If the email was in your Junk folder, right-click it and select "Mark as not junk" to prevent future emails from being filtered.

Find a recent email from us
Open Mail and check your inbox or Junk folder. Search for [email protected].
Tap or click the sender's name
iPhone: Tap the sender's name at the top of the email. Mac: Hover over the name and click the small arrow that appears.
Add to Contacts or VIP
Tap "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIP." VIP gives our emails their own mailbox and priority alerts.
Move from Junk if needed
Swipe left on the email (iPhone) or right-click (Mac) and choose "Move to Inbox."

Find a recent email from us
Search your inbox or Spam folder for [email protected].
Open the More menu
Open the email and click the โฏ More button near the reply options at the top of the message.
Add sender to contacts
Choose "Add sender to contacts" and confirm. Yahoo will now always deliver our emails to your inbox.
Mark as Not Spam if needed
If the email was in Spam, open it and click "Not Spam" at the top of the page.
v.kajabimail.net always goes to your inbox.
